You'll be one of the key players in our Customer Service team, making sure everything runs smoothly — from order processing to solving customer questions. You're in daily contact with clients, logistics partners, and sales colleagues across Europe.
Handle the complete sales order process (intake, processing, confirmation, invoicing) using SAP
Communicate with logistics partners and coordinate subcontracting if needed
Keep customer and product info up to date in the system (prices, items, promotions, etc.)
Track deliveries and make sure customers stay informed every step of the way
Deal with returns, RMAs, credit/debit notes, and customer complaints
Answer technical product questions and follow up on sample or quote requests
Help write clear instructions and content based on your experiences
Support the team with ongoing improvement projects and ad hoc tasks
Build and maintain great relationships with customers in close cooperation with the sales team
Be the helpful go-to person when customers run into roadblocks
