Waar ga jij werken

You'll be one of the key players in our Customer Service team, making sure everything runs smoothly — from order processing to solving customer questions. You're in daily contact with clients, logistics partners, and sales colleagues across Europe.
  • Handle the complete sales order process (intake, processing, confirmation, invoicing) using SAP
  • Communicate with logistics partners and coordinate subcontracting if needed
  • Keep customer and product info up to date in the system (prices, items, promotions, etc.)
  • Track deliveries and make sure customers stay informed every step of the way
  • Deal with returns, RMAs, credit/debit notes, and customer complaints
  • Answer technical product questions and follow up on sample or quote requests
  • Help write clear instructions and content based on your experiences
  • Support the team with ongoing improvement projects and ad hoc tasks
  • Build and maintain great relationships with customers in close cooperation with the sales team
  • Be the helpful go-to person when customers run into roadblocks
