As a German customer service you are an ambitious professional who is motivated to provide the best service and to perfectly analyse what your customer's needs are. At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (experience in order management and B2B are requirements)
Excellent communication skills in English and German
You are available fulltime (32 up to 40 hours per week)

As a Customer Service employee, you are the first point of contact and have to build up a relationship with your own customers. You are the most important interface between client and organisation. In addition, you are responsible for:
Managing the Order Management process in a B2B setting
Collaborating with various departments (planning, sales, production, finance, quality) for optimal results
Identifying trends and patterns in customer orders, ensuring adequate stock levels
Analyzing expected demand and coordinating actions with the supply chain, sales, and customers
Handling customer relationships through visits, trade shows, and road shows as necessary
