Over jou
- Proven experience in an Inside Sales, Sales Support or Commercial Support role
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and hands-on mindset
- Someone who takes initiative and is not afraid to speak up or ask questions
Nice to have
- Dutch and/or Spanish language skills
- Experience in a technical, industrial, maritime or energy-related environment
- Experience working with international customers

- Prepare and follow up on quotations and customer orders
- Coordinate the complete order-to-delivery process
- Act as the main point of contact for customers worldwide
- Work closely with sales, logistics, finance and operations teams
- Resolve customer questions and delivery issues
- Monitor priorities and ensure deadlines are met
- Contribute to process improvements and customer satisfaction
