- You have 1/2 years of experience in (international) customer service at MBO+/HBO level
- You are fluent in English, Italian and preferably another language
- You work accurately and in a structured manner, with a strong eye for detail
- You are calm and composed, yet assertive when needed
- You are eager to learn and motivated to understand complex products
- You are proactive, take ownership and can work independently
- You are a team player and collaborate easily across departments
Wat ga jij doen
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and the European sales team
- Process and monitor orders, returns and deliveries with high accuracy
- Keep customers and colleagues informed throughout the process
- Collaborate daily with departments such as supply chain, finance, logistics and quality
- Arrange and follow up on (urgent) shipments and deliveries
- Monitor customer stock levels
- Identify issues and contribute to solutions and process improvements
- Work within strict quality standards and processes

Waar ga jij werken
You will be based at the European headquarters in ’s-Hertogenbosch, where a small and close-knit team of approximately 10 colleagues is responsible for distribution across Europe. The team consists of a great mix of experience and personalities, where everyone understands their role and works together to maintain a high level of quality.

Because both the products and processes are complex, you will receive a thorough onboarding program to ensure you truly understand the work and can operate independently. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from departments such as supply chain, finance and sales, as well as with international teams, particularly in the United States.
